01

Privacy Policy

We collect the information you give us through the application form, the creator audit tool and direct email: name, contact details, platform handles, audience size, revenue range and the context you choose to share. We also collect basic technical data such as IP address, device type and pages viewed.

We use that information to assess applications, deliver management services, communicate with you, and meet legal and accounting obligations. We do not sell personal data and we do not share creator identities with third parties without instruction, except where a service provider needs it to deliver work you have asked for (for example a payment processor or accountant).

Applications that are declined are retained for up to 12 months so we can recognise repeat enquiries, then deleted. Records connected to a signed agreement are retained for the period required by tax and contract law.

You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of your data at any time by emailing management@syoncreators.com. We respond within 30 days.

02

Creator Terms

Working with SYON requires you to be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract. We verify age and identity before any managed relationship begins.

You keep ownership of your content, your accounts and your intellectual property. We act on your behalf under written instruction, and any account access granted to us can be withdrawn by you at any time.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us, for complying with the terms of the platforms you publish on, and for ensuring anyone appearing in your content is an adult who has given documented consent.

We are responsible for acting in good faith, keeping your information confidential, and being clear about what we do and do not control. We do not guarantee income, growth, rankings or platform outcomes.

03

Management Agreement

Managed relationships are governed by a written agreement signed by both parties before any work starts. It sets out scope of services, term, notice period, fees, reporting cadence, approvals, and what happens to accounts and data on exit.

Fees are agreed individually and confirmed in writing. Nothing on this website constitutes a fee quote or an offer of representation.

Either party may end the agreement in line with the notice period. On termination we return account control, hand over working documents, and stop processing your data other than what we must retain for legal reasons.

05

Acceptable Use

We work only with lawful adult content and mainstream creator work. We do not work with content involving minors, non-consenting people, coercion, trafficking, violence, or anything that breaches the terms of the platforms it is published on.

We do not arrange, facilitate, advertise or manage in-person meetings, escorting or prostitution of any kind, and we end relationships where this is requested.

Harassment, impersonation, fraudulent claims and misrepresentation of earnings or results are prohibited for creators and staff alike.

06

Safeguarding

Every creator we work with is age-verified as 18 or over using government-issued identification before onboarding. Anyone appearing in a creator's content must also be an adult with documented, revocable consent on file.

Consent can be withdrawn at any time; when it is, we support removal and takedown of the relevant material.

Creator welfare is part of the working relationship: workload is planned, boundaries are recorded, and no creator is asked to produce content outside the limits they have set. Where someone needs specialist support, we refer to qualified independent professionals.

07

Complaints

Send complaints to management@syoncreators.com with the detail and any relevant dates or documents. We acknowledge within two business days.

We aim to give a substantive response within 10 business days. If an investigation takes longer we will tell you why and give a revised date.

If you are not satisfied with the outcome you can ask for it to be reviewed by a director, and you keep any legal rights you would otherwise have.

08

Data Processing

For creator personal data we are the controller. Where we handle data on behalf of a brand or agency client, we act as a processor under that client's instructions.

We use vetted service providers for hosting, email, storage, scheduling and payments. Providers are bound by contract to confidentiality and security obligations, and we use providers with recognised safeguards for international transfers.

Access to creator records is limited to the team members who need it. Accounts use unique credentials and multi-factor authentication, and access is revoked when a role ends.

These summaries are provided for information and do not constitute legal, accounting or financial advice. SYON CREATORS works only with consenting adults aged 18+ and refers regulated matters to independent qualified professionals.
